Tattoos Once a rarity, Tattoos were commonly revered and even feared by onlookers. In early sideshows, tattooed men and women often found work as “freaks” or other sideshow or curiosity attractions due to the rare and strange markings on their skin. Very few early tattoos were preserved, and yet the concept of preserving human skin has added to these gaffs as intriguing ideas are displayed on the canvas of the flesh and now available to you!!!
